Project Management
As a Planner by nature and with a strong commitment to follow-through, Cynthia
Tablak has managed projects as large as bringing a County criminal justice
system into harmony at the department manager level. In addition, she has analyzed,
recommended changes and implemented a project to over 21 departments (government and private sector).
Her natural ability to work well with people of all types and work effectively
across organizational lines has been particularly valuable in her large project
management contracts. At the other end of the spectrum, she takes on projects
of a much smaller size and manages them from conception to completion.
Project Management takes a certain personality style – one that is
able to provide clear and concise direction, track progress, ensure deadlines
are met, maximize information flow and be open enough to hear people’s
concerns and work to resolve them and produce results that meet and /or exceed
the expectations of the organization.
